Bee Pollen – Athletes often use bee pollen for endurance, strength, stamina, and mental clarity. A number of Olympic athletes and prominent professional boxers have attributed their improved energy and stamina to a regular intake of bee pollen. Bee Pollen consists of many of the nutrients and vitamins our bodies need to stay in top form.

  • Take 2-6 capsules or half a teaspoon of granules daily.

Royal Jelly is also great for improving stamina.
